New Year's Eve at the K-Rock Centre Bring your family down to join the City's New Year Eve indoor and outdoor festivities at the K-Rock Centre this year. Celebrations run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. — ending with a fireworks display at nearby Confederation Basin at 9:15 p.m. — and it's all still FREE!
