Hockey
Kingston's history and support for hockey is extensive. Kingston has been the home of several champions at the provincial, national and international level and has been the proud hometown of hockey heroes such as Don Cherry, Doug Gilmour, Kirk Muller, Jayna Hefford to name a few. Kingston's facilities are top notch, highlighted by venues such as the 4-pad Invista Centre and the K-Rock Centre, the home of the OHL's Kingston Frontenacs. Kingston has also plays host to several tournaments each year, notable the Kids 4 Kids Hockey Tournament that is held annually with over 1000 participants all in support of charity for the Neonatal Intensive Care unit at Kingston General Hospital, the Boys and Girls Club Fund and the Kids Cancer Unit at KGH. Kingston has the accommodations (over 4000 rooms available), facilities, amenities and volunteers to make your next hockey event a success.
