Camping & Cottage Rental

If you are seeking fresh air, beauty and wildlife combined with sleeping under the stars or fishing off the dock consider a camping or cottage getaway.

Kingston is located where Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence River and Rideau Canal converge and is surrounded by a countryside featuring clean, swimmable lakes and conservation areas perfect for hiking, biking, canoeing and kayaking.  We're home to the Rideau Canal, Canada's newest UNESCO World Heritage Site and the UNESCO designated Frontenac Arch Biosphere which extends roughly 2,700 square kilometers is within a 30 minute drive from the centre of the city.

There are also 12 provincial parks and several national parks nearby, so campers can pack up for a day or a weekend and experience a variety of locations during the season. Campsites offer recreational activities for all ages and interpretive programming for children's activities, guided hikes and evening programs. Happy trails!
